The experience is available from May to October, by exclusive reservation. An evening that begins at sunset and ends with the sound of the wind among the vines.
Stefano, our chef, builds a five-course menu with ingredients picked that same day from the garden and from Collio producers. The sommelier accompanies every course, telling the story of the Villa Russiz vertical tasting, from Sauvignon Blanc to reserve Pinot Nero.
