European bluesman Mike Sponza will join the young and talented Jazz Punt Big Band with Chamber String Orchestra "Forma Musica" from Tolmin (Slovenia) for an event that combines music, solidarity, and education. This international and special evening dedicated to art and charity will see its proceeds entirely donated to the Fondazione Villa Russiz, which has been active for over a century in providing educational assistance to disadvantaged children. The protagonists of the concert-event will be guitarist and singer Mike Sponza and the Jazz Punt Big Band. Guitarist, composer, and producer, Mike Sponza has been one of the leading names in European blues for years. A refined and experimental artist, he has graced Europe's most prestigious stages and recorded four times at Abbey Road Studios in London.
